1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made in the online store Stjernenissene, which is operated by Diana Hovring Enoksen / Rabbaveien 4a / 4311 Hommesåk / post@stjernenissene.no].
By making a purchase in our online store, you agree to our current terms and conditions.

2. Products

All of our products are handmade Santa dolls, made with care and natural materials.
Small variations in shape, color and expression may occur - this is part of the product's unique and handmade character.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK).
Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before payment.
Payment is made via [payment solution – e.g. Vipps, PayPal and card payment], and is only deducted when the item has been shipped.

Shipping abroad must be agreed upon separately and confirmed before completing the purchase.

4. Shipping and delivery

We normally ship orders within 2-5 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on season and shipping provider.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.
The cancellation period runs from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (e.g. via email) within the deadline.
The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it, in original packaging if possible.
Return costs are paid by the buyer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods that are specially made to order or customized according to the customer's wishes.

6. Returns and complaints

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
We follow the Consumer Purchase Act, which gives you the right to make a complaint for up to 2 years from the date of purchase.
If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return postage and send a new item or refund the purchase price.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The information is only used to complete the purchase and deliver the item.
We never share your information with third parties beyond what is necessary for payment and shipping.

8. Responsibility

The Star Elves cannot be held responsible for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
We reserve the right to change prices, product selection and terms without notice.
